evidence-led peptide journalism. not medical advice.

about reptides.

the research peptide wiki. independent editorial. not a vendor, not a clinic.

what reptides is

reptides.co is an independent editorial reference for peptide compounds. 153 peptide and compound pages cover identity, practical routes, the strongest human evidence, preclinical boundaries, mechanism, safety, regulatory status, community reports, and sources. the site also includes an S-to-F tier system, long-form briefs, a free monthly dispatch, a peptide market map, supply-chain analysis, individual claim checks, comparison pages, and outcome-based guides.

the site is editorial. not a vendor. not a clinic. reptides has never made a dollar from any vendor and has never received product from any vendor. there are no peptide-vendor affiliate links, no sponsored peptide reviews, and no shop. the only commercial product is one lifetime license to Reptides: $100 through Stripe on web and desktop, or the localized App Store price on iOS.

what reptides isn't

not medical advice. not a diagnostic, treatment, or prescription resource. nothing on the site establishes a doctor-patient relationship. tier rankings, dosing literature, and side-effect summaries reflect what the published research and FDA documents report, not recommendations for any specific person. for clinical decisions about your own body, talk to a licensed prescriber.

not a vendor or compounding pharmacy. no peptides for sale on this site, ever. no referrals to specific vendors, clinics, or compounders. no opinions on the legality of personal possession in any jurisdiction. supply-chain context exists for journalistic completeness, not as a buying guide.

methodology

full detail at /methodology. that public document covers tier criteria, citation audit, evidence hierarchy, conflicts of interest, and the corrections process. short version below.

tier rankings. the S/A/B/C/D/F system reflects editorial assessment of each compound's published evidence base, regulatory status, mechanism strength, and clinical record. S-tier reflects the strongest evidence, typically multi-thousand-patient phase 3 data and (for most S-tier entries) FDA approval, with the exception of late-stage pipeline molecules where the phase 2/3 data is already class-leading. F-tier reflects documented safety concerns or insufficient human evidence that outweigh any demonstrated benefit. tiers shift as evidence accumulates.

citations. every claim is footnoted to a peer-reviewed source where one exists. primary sources include PubMed-indexed journals (NEJM, JCEM, Nature, Lancet, Cell), FDA approval letters and labels, ClinicalTrials.gov registry entries, and post-marketing surveillance data. community evidence (forum reports, anecdote aggregates) is cited separately from peer-reviewed evidence and never substitutes for it.

citation audit. every PubMed citation on the site is auto-verified against the actual paper (title, lead author, year) by an audit pipeline that runs at every commit. citations whose PMID does not resolve to a paper matching the claim are blocked from shipping. an earlier-generation set of fabricated citations was identified and removed in May 2026; the verification pipeline now prevents recurrence. (audit details and scripts live at scripts/audit-citations.mjs in the repo.)

community trials. readers can submit structured anonymous reports. those reports stay separate from cited research and never set a peptide's tier.

updates. peptide pages are revised when new trial data, FDA actions, or significant safety signals publish. the dispatch documents major monthly changes. the date in each page footer reflects the last editorial review pass.

the dispatch + briefs

the dispatch is a free editorial newsletter covering peptide market news, regulatory shifts, and trial readouts. one issue a month, on the first. new subscribers also receive a short welcome series (3 emails over 2 weeks) that orients you to the site and the briefs library, after which delivery settles to monthly. issue №01 shipped May 1, 2026. subscribe or read back-issues at the briefs library.

paid access unlocks the long-form deep dives, paywalled reference briefs, Ask, the journal, and future paid updates. Long-form deep dives cover a class or theme end to end: currently the GLP-1 decade and the secretagogue hierarchy are published; the healing stack is drafting. Paywalled reference briefs are single-question deep cuts. New access is one lifetime purchase with no renewal. Stripe charges $100 on web and desktop; Apple shows its localized price in iOS. Either purchase unlocks the same account everywhere.

positions

no peptide-vendor sponsorships. no affiliate revenue. no industry funding of any editorial decision. the only revenue source is paid reader access. no peptide commerce, no upsells, no display ads.
