These terms govern your use of reptides.co (the "site"). By accessing or using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Except for user-generated content submitted to Forums, all content created by reptides.co, including peptide rankings, written analyses, taglines, claim-vs-data breakdowns, dossier facts, dosing summaries, the visual design, and the underlying source code, is the original work of reptides.co and protected by United States copyright law. Citations to public scientific papers, FDA labels, and regulatory documents reference public-domain or third-party material; the editorial selection, arrangement, and commentary surrounding those citations is ours.

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, revocable license to view and read the content on the site for personal, non-commercial use. You may share links to specific peptide pages or to the site as a whole. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, redistribute, archive, scrape, mirror, or use any content from the site for commercial purposes without prior written permission. Quoting brief excerpts with clear attribution and a link back to the source page is acceptable.

reptides.co is a research reference. Nothing on the site is medical advice, diagnosis, treatment recommendation, or prescription. The site does not establish a physician-patient relationship. Information about peptide compounds, including dosing data drawn from FDA labels and clinical trials, is presented for informational purposes only and reflects the parameters of published research, not recommendations for personal use.

Many compounds discussed on the site are unapproved by the United States Food and Drug Administration, are sold gray-market, or are used off-label. Self-administration of peptides outside a physician-supervised setting carries real risks, including risks not captured by the available data. Consult a licensed physician before any decision involving peptide use, hormone modulation, testosterone replacement therapy, or any other intervention discussed on the site.

The content on reptides.co is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and current but do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any content. Scientific understanding evolves; regulatory status changes; errors are possible. You are responsible for verifying any information you intend to rely on.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, reptides.co, its operators, and any contributors are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the site or any content on it, including but not limited to damages arising from any decision made or action taken in reliance on the content. This limitation applies whether the claim is based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise, and whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

You may not: scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract content from the site beyond what is permitted by our robots.txt; reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive source code or training data from the site; use any content for the purpose of training machine-learning models; use any content for commercial purposes including but not limited to resale, republication, or use in a competing reference; misrepresent the source of any content; impersonate any other person or entity; interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or its underlying systems; or use the site for any unlawful purpose.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the site at any time and for any reason, including violation of these terms. Sections of these terms that by their nature should survive termination, ownership, no warranty, limitation of liability, governing law, will survive.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms or your use of the site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Illinois, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the current terms. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date. Your continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

reptides.co respects copyright and follows the notice-and-takedown procedure of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. § 512. If you believe content on the site infringes your copyright, send a written notice to the address below that includes: (1) your physical or electronic signature; (2) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed; (3) identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate it; (4) your contact information; (5) a statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and (6) a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

Brand names mentioned on reptides.co (including but not limited to Ozempic, Wegovy, Rybelsus, Mounjaro, Zepbound, Saxenda, Victoza, Vyleesi, Egrifta, Foundayo, Pitocin, Geref, Scenesse, Increlex, Lutrepulse, MariTide, and others) are trademarks of their respective owners. References on the site are made for editorial, comparative, and informational purposes under the doctrine of nominative fair use. No endorsement, affiliation, sponsorship, or partnership with any trademark holder is claimed or implied.

Reptides offers new paid access only as a one-time lifetime license. On reptides.co and in the desktop app, the license costs $100 through Stripe; a valid affiliate referral may reduce that Stripe checkout to $90. In the iOS app, the same lifetime entitlement is sold as a non-consumable in-app purchase at the localized price shown by Apple. It does not renew. A lifetime license bought through either provider unlocks the same Reptides account across web, desktop, and iOS.

Existing legacy monthly subscriptions, whether billed by Stripe or Apple, continue on their existing terms until canceled. If a monthly subscriber buys the lifetime license, the lifetime license takes effect and the legacy monthly subscription is scheduled to stop renewing. Active yearly subscribers receive permanent lifetime access at no charge and their yearly renewals are stopped; that grant is not revoked by a later refund or dispute of the final yearly charge.

Refunds. Web and desktop lifetime purchases carry a 30-day refund, no questions asked: email reptidesinfo@gmail.com within 30 days of purchase. App Store purchases are refunded by Apple under Apple's terms, so request those through Apple directly. Legacy monthly subscription charges are final once a billing period begins; cancel before the next renewal to avoid the next charge.

Cancellation. A lifetime license has no renewal to cancel. Cancel a legacy web monthly subscription anytime from the billing area in your account, or email reptidesinfo@gmail.com and we will cancel it for you. Legacy App Store subscriptions are canceled in your Apple account settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access continues through the end of the current paid period.

After a legacy monthly cancellation, paid features remain available until the period already paid for ends, then the account returns to free access unless it also holds a lifetime license. Lifetime access is not affected by subscription cancellation. We may change prices and plans going forward; any change applies to new purchases and to renewals after we give notice, and never reaches back to charge you more for a period you already paid for.

reptides.co includes an AI assistant ("ask reptides") and uses automated systems to help assemble and present information. The assistant answers only from reptides.co's own cited sources. It does not browse the open internet or speak from general knowledge, and when our sources do not cover a question it says so rather than guessing. Even so, AI-generated and AI-assembled text can contain errors, omissions, or misreadings. Treat every answer as an editorial research summary to verify against the cited source, not a definitive or professional statement.

The assistant is not a person and not a medical, legal, or financial professional, and it does not provide professional advice of any kind. Everything in the "not medical advice" section above applies in full to anything the assistant says.

Please read this section carefully. It affects how disputes between you and us are resolved, including your right to sue in court and to participate in a class action.

Informal resolution first. Before starting a formal proceeding, you agree to email reptidesinfo@gmail.com and give us 30 days to try to resolve the dispute informally.

Agreement to arbitrate. If a dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the site is not resolved informally, you and reptides.co agree to resolve it by binding individual arbitration rather than in court, except for the exceptions below. The arbitration will be administered by a recognized arbitration provider, such as the American Arbitration Association, under its consumer arbitration rules then in effect, and may be held in Illinois or by telephone or video.

Class-action waiver. You and reptides.co agree to bring claims against each other only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, consolidated, or representative action. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims or preside over any class or representative proceeding.

Exceptions. Either party may instead bring a qualifying claim in small-claims court, and either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in the Illinois courts named in the governing-law section to protect intellectual property or to stop unauthorized access to or use of the site. These exceptions are not subject to arbitration.

Opt out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement and the class-action waiver within 30 days of first accepting these terms by emailing reptidesinfo@gmail.com with your name and a clear statement that you opt out of arbitration. Opting out does not affect any other part of these terms.

Your chosen profile name and profile picture, Forum posts and replies, aggregate reaction counts, and leaderboard identity are public.

When you submit content to Forums, you give reptides.co permission to host and display that content as part of the service.

Reptides.co may moderate, restrict access to, or remove user-generated content.

Direct messages are visible to the two members in the conversation. They are stored on our servers and are not end-to-end encrypted.

The two Forums rules apply to messages: keep it civil, and no vendor promotion or sales. Do not use messages to arrange buying, selling, or sourcing.

Members are not verified by reptides.co. Nothing a member sends you is medical advice.

When a member reports a conversation, reptides.co admins can read the reported messages. We may also access messages when the law requires it, or to investigate abuse or a security problem. Reptides.co may restrict or remove accounts that misuse messages.

Forums and messages are for adults 21 or older.
