What’s up fellow researchers. Awaiting arrival of seltorexant and I’m curious about tracking and dosing utilized for research? I would like to monitor my deep sleep, REM and time awake, even though trackers are not the best it’s something. Dosing ideally starting at 5mg and then titrate up accordingly, would start higher if there are any recommendations from my fellow brethren 🫡🫡 Stay researchin’ fam

5mg is fine, that was one of the doses in the phase 2b insomnia PSG trial (5, 10 and 20mg for 14 nights). Latency to persistent sleep dropped in a dose-dependent way, from a baseline of about i think 90 minutes to 56, 42 and 35 minutes on 5, 10 and 20mg. The phase 3 depression program uses a fixed 20mg at bedtime, so that's the top end of what‘s been explored. But be the change you want to see in the world!
