Started with Reta, switched to tirz, now back to Reta. Tirz is good but imo Reta much more effective at lower doses.

I kinda messed a little with sema but not seriously. Too worried about the muscle loss. It seemed Reta was far better in this regard.? Holy shit did it finish off my cut this year to a level I have not been at for years. 52 and look better than anyone else I saw at last weeks edm festival. I’m just a cut veiny bastard though at 144lbs I need to put size back on this winter.

Started with tirz now taking tirz/reta combo, I enjoy the hunger suppression of tirz + energy combo form Reta. Split dose the Reta and haven’t had any side effects

Was on Sema for 4 years 2022-2026, went from 220lb to 180lb. then plateaued and it basically stopped working. Switched to Reta in June, currently down 6 lbs but still lifting pretty heavy, currently on Reta 6mg q6 days, adding Elora 1mg weekly 3 days after Reta doses to minimize GI ADEs.

Started with Reta for 10 weeks then switched to Reta because of the HR elevation

I started with Reta and haven’t tried any other GLPs. Down 73lbs since the end of Feb. I’m hesitant to add something else because my plan is to titrate down to the absolute minimum effective dose (or quit entirely) when I reach maintenance. It seems like that might be tougher to do if I start stacking.
